At Mississauga Hardware Centre Inc, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if a tool or supply doesn't meet your needs, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain precision instruments and gas-powered equipment may be subject to specific manufacturer inspection requirements before a refund is issued.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and includes all accessories, manuals, and your original sales receipt.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for shipped orders, or visit our Mississauga storefront for in-person returns.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack the hardware in a shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for quality and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
